The New York State Head Start Association represents all Head Start programs across the state including directors, staff, parents and friends who join the New York Head Start Association every year. Further, the New York Head Start Association serves the 10,000 employees of Head Start programs in New York State.

New York State Head Start Association members are Head Start directors and staff, Head Start parents, and the Head Start friends.
