Like any program serving a disadvantaged population, New York Head Start programs struggle to secure the funding needed to provide as many low-income children as possible with the comprehensive services they need to begin school on equal footing with their middle- and upper-class-peers. It is impossible to produce long lasting positive outcomes for children in disadvantaged families by treating the child in isolation.

The New York Head Start Association relies on the collaboration and support of a number of organizations to support its work – including foundations, government agencies, non-profits, corporations, and other education agencies and associations. New York Head Start Association offers opportunities to the business community to invest in our important work. 

The New York Head Start Association seeks corporate sponsors for the annual New York Head Start Association Conference.  Depending on the level of sponsorship, businesses can be listed in the conference materials, promote their business to attendees from around the state and have their marketing materials available at the event.
